Man marries a dog to repent for sins

I’m sure PETA will find a problem with this as well, even though the man is trying to repent, for something he did as a teenager.
As the owner of two dogs, I don’t know what I would’ve done to the man had I seen him commit his first crime.
PS: Just because he’s marrying the dog, doesn’t mean he’s going to have sex with the dog. So, please refrain from the bestiality jokes. I don’t think ‘marrying a dog’ is the right thing, but this is a good way of repenting, if anything he should open up a shelter.
